Tue, 13:43: After 3.5 hours of flight time I went to sleep at about midnight Pacific Standard Time; woke up 6 hours later & was up long enough to finish a movie & eat a grilled cheese sandwich; slept for another 3 hours and awoke at the equivalent of 9 a.m. PST but about 4 a.m. Sydney time, with about 2 hours flight time left—exactly as I planned (with cautious optimism).
